Julian Holguin is a seasoned music and media executive, with vast experience across digital publishing, social media, broadcast television, live events and consumer tech. He currently serves as the President of Billboard and leads the company’s growth and innovation. Since arriving in 2012, Julian has held various leadership positions at both Billboard and its then parent company, MRC, owner of industry leading intellectual property (OZARK, House of Cards, New Years Rockin Eve, American Music Awards, and more).
In his time with Billboard, Julian has lead the company’s transformation from a b2b trade publication to the premiere music media brand for the industry and fans. He oversaw the strategic revenue and growth effort as Billboard acquired SPIN Media in 2016, merged with Dick Clark Productions and MRC in 2018, and launched businesses and corporate partnerships with companies like; Twitter, Google, Facebook, Live Nation and NBCUniversal. The brand has endured over 700% increases in revenue in the last six years.
Julian currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
