Vipin Nambiar

Vipin is a real estate place maker, investor and luxury hotel developer. He founded and runs HN Capital Partners, an opportunistic investor in real estate, with a focus on development, hospitality assets, and distressed debt with over $ 1.4billion in assets. Under Vipin’s leadership HN Capital has assembled and is leading the transformation of over 45 acres in the heart of the Dallas Design District. His portfolio includes several marquee hotel properties such as the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, the W Dallas, Virgin Hotels in Texas, and other boutique properties in Los Angeles and New York.  Vipin was a previously Managing Director in the investment group at the Hunt organization.
Vipin has an MBA from the University of Chicago with a focus on finance & economics, and an integrated degree in urban planning & regional economics from UT Austin. Vipin is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Dallas Museum of Art.
