Riley Lowe is the Head Zookeeper at Tasmania Zoo, bringing over 8 years of hands-on experience in animal care, wildlife management and zoo operations. A dedicated and knowledgeable leader, Riley has played a key role in advancing animal welfare standards and enriching lives of both animals and visitors through education and engagement.

Riley is also a founding director of the Tasmania Zoo Wildlife Foundation, an initiative focused on conservation, habitat protection and wildlife rehabilitation both within Tasmania and beyond. Passionate about protecting endangered species and preserving biodiversity, Riley works tirelessly to connect people with nature and inspire the next generation of conservationists.

Whether coordinating complex animal care programs, leading conservation initiatives or mentoring up-and-coming zookeepers. Riley remains deeply committed to the mission of wildlife preservation and ethical stewardship.
